Actual speed achieved will be less due to factors including line quality, distance from exchange etc. About 70% of customers are expected to achieve access speeds of around 6Mbps or more on 8000kbps plan. About 50% of customers are expected to achieve access speeds of around 10Mbps or more on 20000kbps plan.
